Introducing

SPEC Circuit

Four stations, four qualities, one lap of the room. The SPEC Circuit is what happens in the room. The Striver's Program is what you buy.

S

Strength

Bench

8 benches

Strength that carries over.

Dumbbells, benches and bodyweight work programmed in weekly blocks. The coach demos every movement before the rotation, so you're never guessing mid-set.

P

Power

Ski Erg

8 SkiErgs

The engine room.

Full-body pulls on the SkiErg. Low impact, high output. It works lats, core and lungs at once, and it's where most Strivers surprise themselves.

E

Endurance

Lane

8 lanes

Grit under load.

Sandbag lunges, kettlebell carries, burpees over the bag. The open lane that mirrors hybrid-race finishers. Heavy, honest work that leaves nothing in reserve.

C

Cardio

Treadmill

8 treadmills

Build speed you can repeat.

Coached interval blocks of pace pushes, incline climbs and recovery you have to earn. Every effort is scaled to you. Walkers, joggers and racers run the same block at their own numbers.

How the 60 breaks down

  1. -10:00Warm-up (optional)

Come early for a guided 10-minute primer. Mobility and activation before the room goes live.

  2. 0:00Rotation one

Start at your chosen station and spot. 13 minutes of work, 2 to reset and rotate. Your group moves together.

  3. 15:00Rotation two

Switch stations. New stimulus, same spot number, no queueing.

  4. 30:00Rotation three

Switch again. The work compounds as the room keeps moving.

  5. 45:00Rotation four

Your final station. The room finishes the circuit together.

  6. 60:00Cooldown (optional)

A guided 10-minute down-shift. Stretch and settle before you hit the showers.

First time?

I've never done HIIT. Will I survive?

Yes. Every block is effort-based, not number-based. First-timers work next to racers at their own pace.

What if I hate running?

Run blocks accept any speed, including a brisk incline walk. The treadmill doesn't judge, and neither do we.

How early should I arrive?

15 minutes before your first session. Front desk sets you up with your station and a MyZone loaner strap.
