The fine print, in plain language
- Every purchase is a one-time payment in IDR. Nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically.
- STRIVE Credits expire at the end of their validity window: 30, 90 or 180 days depending on the package, 14 or 21 days for the starter packs.
- Cancel a booking 12 hours or more before the session and your STRIVE Credits go straight back. Closer than that, the credits are used.
- Each starter pack can be claimed once per person. You can take both, but not the same one twice.
